1. Processing Time

Our products are either in stock or in active production at the time of your order.

• Products such as the Desart x Falcam Dual Camera Strap and the Desart Photo Booth may require short lead times, especially if customization is requested.

• Orders that include custom elements (e.g. laser-engraved logos or branding) may experience a production delay of 1–5 additional business days.

We always strive to keep you updated and will notify you if any significant delays occur.

2. Shipping Time Estimates

Once your product is ready for dispatch, the standard shipping timeframe is 3–14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Please note:

• Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may take longer – up to 21+ business days in some cases.

• International orders may be subject to customs processing times, which we cannot influence.

We ship worldwide and do our best to find the most reliable and efficient delivery solution for your region.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and weight. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to monitor your shipment in real-time. We encourage you to check the tracking updates regularly.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
