If your order didn’t meet your expectations, our returns and exchanges policy is here to make things right. We offer a smooth and transparent process for product returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read the full return policy below to understand your rights, timelines, and the steps for returning your Studio Desart product.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return your physical product within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, provided the item meets the following criteria:
The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
The product is not a digital item (such as downloadable blueprints, licenses, or other electronic content).
The product is not customized (including but not limited to custom logos, branding, engraving, or personalization provided at your request).
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at: 📩 eshop@studiodesart.com Include your order number, a brief description of the reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Please allow up to 60 days from the date of receiving your return and confirming its condition for your refund to be processed.
Refunds are made to the original payment method only. In case your return is not accepted (e.g., the item was used, damaged, or not eligible), we will notify you and offer to return the item at your expense.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Digital products (including downloads, software, licenses, and blueprints)
Customized products with customer logos, branding, or personalization
Products returned after 30 days from delivery
Products not in original condition or packaging
6. Exchanges & Replacements
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change a product, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order for the desired product. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
